 While inappropriately handling an angry customer or quickly sending off an email to respond to an upset employee may seem minor, they can be fatal faux pas.

Recent studies by Harvard University and Stanford Research found company success can be attributed more to their employee’s professionalism and personal skills than their technical capabilities. In other words, HOW you present yourself and your ideas can have a greater impact on the result than WHAT you say or know.
