“Compensation Trends, and Tactics…for 2005”
· What are these significant forces and how can HR/Compensation professionals successfully address them? · Understanding your compensation programs---what’s working and what’s not? · Can you identify your organization’s compensation challenges and how to prioritize them best? · Are you a really a “pay for performance” employer?
Companies have been on a roller-coaster ride for nearly 6 years…moving through the highs and lows of economic and socio-political events. The impact on Human Resources, specifically compensation, has been dramatic. As the economy begins to improve, employees are restless! Keeping your top talent onboard and energized as the labor market improves must be a key business objective. Money is only part of the retention puzzle, but it’s a critical component in an employee’s decision to stay or leave.
