Advantage Personnel has been sponsoring "HR Continuing Education Workshops" since October of 2002. Our goal is to help transform management and executives into better leaders, listeners, and learners. The success of your company depends on the skills of your management teams.

Workshops are organized in an intimate atmosphere and conducted by professionals specializing in HR, Finance & Accounting and run from 8:00am to 10:30am. We also provide a wonderful breakfast buffet.

The most common reason that teams don't achieve their goals is that they don't know what they are. Once we are over the hurdle of defining goals we are up against the second most common obstacle to goal attainment -  poor communication.   HR professionals are involved both prior and subsequent to the communication process. Having the right tools to guide and influence effective communication strategies in advance, can save us time and stress by not having to deal with the misunderstanding and chaos of unsuccessful attempts to achieve goals, set new policy, execute change or strategy development.
