“Cross Cultural Effectiveness” Ten Keys to Developing Intercultural Literacy

Presented by Carolyn Feuille, Principal, Esprit Global Learning, San Francisco Carolyn Feuille has many years of international work experience in the U.S., Europe and Japan. She has lived in Bogotá, Colombia and several regions of France. As a training consultant and business coach, she has developed and delivered learning programs for executives, engineers, first line managers/supervisors, and Human Resources from all over the world in both English and French with such clients as Hewlett-Packard, LSI Logic, JDS Uniphase, Cadence Design Systems, CelPril, and Impax Laboratories. A few examples of her work and expertise include: preparing expatriate managers and spouses for a successful international assignment and living experience, preparing the Japanese operations of a semiconductor company to obtain ISO 9000 certification, developing multicultural self-directed work teams, executive teambuilding, and coaching HR executives on HR leadership.
