“Going Global
What Every HR Professional Needs to Know”
· What do you do when the Sales VP hires someone in China?
· Your CEO wants to expand operations in India, how do you recruit the best talent so far away?
· Do you know the difference between a local national, an expatriate, and third country nationals?
· Your finance department needs help appropriating corporate structure in other countries, what do advise them?
Just as
business has become increasingly global, so has the profession of
Human Resources. Companies competing on a global scale now expect HR strategies
that drive high performance and business success. As the global workforce
