Step Three: Establish Goals
  • Ask Yourself:
  •  What do I really want by the end of the year?
    • Think BIG, if you were to have what you REALLY want.
    • This is the direction you are headed.

  •  List some of the negative self-talk in which you    routinely engage
  •  Think of how you could change it to have a positive effect on your thinking and on the results
